About

Sales help for fitness owners who don't want to be pushy.

Fitness Industry Sales exists because good coaches and owners were losing members to businesses with weaker coaching and stronger sales processes.

Our promise

Every conversation should leave the prospect better off, whether they join or not.

Why we exist

Good coaching needs good sales.

Independent fitness businesses often have the best coaching. The owners who run them rarely get any sales training, so they either avoid selling or copy the high-pressure tactics they dislike from large chains.

We take a different view. Selling a membership is a coaching conversation with a decision at the end. Done well, it builds trust, sets expectations and starts the member journey on the right foot.

Everything we build, from the first reply to the renewal conversation, is designed to be run by real people in a small business, with the tools they already have and the time they actually get.

01

Selling is coaching

The best sales conversation in a gym sounds exactly like a great first session: listen, understand, recommend, commit.

02

Process beats effort

If sales only happen when you're in the building, you don't have a sales process. You have a dependency on you.

03

Small businesses need small-business answers

Corporate sales methods assume call centres and marketing teams. We build for a front desk of two and an owner who also coaches.

04

Numbers over opinions

Show rate, close rate, speed-to-lead, revenue per member. When you can see it, you can fix it.

How we work

We work alongside your team.

We don't send a report and leave. We mystery-shop, sit with your front desk, listen to calls and build the process with the people who will run it.

Hands-on

On-site and online, with your team

Tool-agnostic

Built inside what you already use

Honest

If we're not the right fit, we'll say so
